3. Subscription and Payment

When you start a trial or subscribe to SpeakX, you authorize recurring payments for continued access to our services. You provide this authorization during the purchase process, and SpeakX cannot deduct any payment without your consent. Please ensure your account maintains a sufficient balance to prevent interruption in service. Any additional transaction or bank charges are your responsibility.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy:

All payments made to SpeakX are non-refundable, including trial, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or one-time payments.

Cancellation:

You can turn off auto-pay at any time from the Settings page in the SpeakX Admin Dashboard.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

SpeakX reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service or adjust prices at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in account termination.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the app or its content for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful activities. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Violating laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malware or viruses
• Impersonating others
• Sharing misleading, offensive, or harmful content
• SpeakX reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SpeakX — including text, graphics, videos, and software — is owned by SpeakX and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. User Content

Users must not upload or share any material that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon others’ rights. SpeakX reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action to maintain a safe environment.

10. User Eligibility

Users must be legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use SpeakX only under guardian supervision and consent. SpeakX is not responsible for misuse by minors and may terminate subscriptions if eligibility is not met.

11. Troubleshooting and Application Slowdown

Temporary slowdowns may occur due to updates, maintenance, or external factors. SpeakX regularly improves performance for optimal user experience.
