Subscription and Payment

● When you start the trial or subscribe to the SpeakX app, you agree to a monthly fee, which will be automatically (autopay) deducted from your linked UPI account every month. You yourself gave this permission during the trial or subscription process, and SpeakX cannot deduct any amount without your clear permission.

● Please note that any additional charges by your bank or during transactions (like transaction or currency conversion fees) will be your responsibility.

● We recommend keeping enough balance in your bank account to ensure uninterrupted access to the SpeakX platform.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No Refund Policy: SpeakX follows a strict no refund policy. Any amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. (This includes trial, monthly, current, previous month, one time, quarter or yearly payments.)

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from the app or your payment gateway app.
  • After cancellation, no charges will be made for the following month, and autopay will stop from your UPI account.
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

How to Cancel:

  • You can cancel your subscription directly from the Membership page in the SpeakX app, or through your payment gateway app (e.g., UPI app).
